Jerry Baldwin

Jerry Baldwin has over 30 years' experience in the IT industry, and has been instrumental in many of the evolutionary changes in global and domestic channel sales. Jerry was an Advisory Board member of CRN and was an early Vendor Council and Advisory Board member of CompTIA, having worked in Distribution (First Software), Retail (CompUADD), as well as having been with a major Solution Provider, EDS. Jerry has a unique 360 degree perspective that helped elevate him in leadership roles with CA and DEC and in becoming the CEO at Condusiv Technologies. Jerry is recipient of UBM's 30/30 award, recognizing his 30 years as a channel advocate. He was recently named as a Top 50 Midmarket Executive by Midsize Enterprise Summit, and to the 2013 Top 100 Executives by CRN. Jerry Baldwin's vision has led to the reinvention and award-winning position of channel strategy and solution development and delivery to the enterprise for Condusiv Technologies.


Robert Woolery, Chief Marketing Officer

Robert Woolery

As Chief Marketing Officer, Robert brings to Condusiv more than two decades of experience as a senior executive in marketing, product management and business development, working with a range of software and storage companies. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing with Nexsan Technologies, Executive Vice President of Market Development at Valumation Software, a subsidiary of Imperial Technology, and Vice President of Product Marketing at DataDirect Networks and Xiotech Corporation. He has deep domain expertise in software, storage and related technologies, and associated customer needs. He has devoted particular attention to addressing the unique challenges of managing performance within virtual and cloud environments.


Brian Morin, Senior Vice President of Global Marketing

Brian Morin

Brian is Senior Vice President, Global Marketing, responsible for the corporate marketing vision by driving demand and awareness worldwide. Efforts over the last year led to growing adoption of V-locity®, which has quickly amassed over 1,000 new customers looking to accelerate their virtual environment with a 100% software approach.

Prior to Condusiv, Brian served in leadership positions at Nexsan that touched all aspects of marketing, from communications to demand generation, as well as product marketing and go-to-market strategies with the channel. Brian notably steered rebranding efforts and built the demand generation model from scratch as an early marketing automation adopter. Growth led to the successful acquisition by Imation.

With 15+ years of marketing expertise, Brian has spent recent years on the forefront of revenue marketing models that leverage automation for data-driven determinations. His earlier background has roots on the agency side as creative director, helping companies build brands and transition to online engagement.


Nick Tidd, Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Nick Tidd

Nick Tidd is Senior Vice President, Global Sales. Nick is responsible for driving enterprise and channel sales, and improved client services, while evangelizing the Condusiv product portfolio of high-performance software.

A technology veteran, Nick most recently served as North America president at network solutions provider D-Link Corporation, where he was responsible for improving growth and operations, and where he instituted revolutionary changes.

Nick also served a lengthy stint at 3Com, where he held various positions including Canadian President and Managing Director, and Vice President, Worldwide Channel Sales. He also held senior management positions with Save Rite Technologies, Antares Electronics, and asap Computer Products.

With over 25 years in the IT industry, Nick is recognized as an influential and powerful leader, and has been awarded many accolades by the industry and channel community in Canada, the US, and globally.


Gary Quan, Senior Vice President of Technology Strategy

Gary Quan

Gary Quan is Senior Vice President, Technology Strategy. He is responsible for Condusiv's strategic vision for product technologies, as well as technical execution in sales, support, and marketing cycles. He is also responsible for alliances with other technical partners.

Gary joined Condusiv in 1997 as one of the first members of the company. Since 1997, he has overseen or been a key player in most of Condusiv's product development.

Gary holds a BS in mathematics from Occidental College. He co-created several patents pertaining to the technology of storage media optimization.
