Channel Accounts Managers

The Channel Account Manager acquires and retains new channel partners. He or she establishes good working relationships with channel partners, and ensures that all accounts are profitably serviced, and the relationship managed, in order to achieve territory revenue goals.


Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing the account relationship within their respective sales territories. They will also develop strategies for enhancing channel sales through their respective partners. The candidate must be able to position Condusiv product and channel value proposition.

Essential Functions:

  • Understand, develop and grow the territory whereby monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded.
  • Understand and convey key business issues facing distributors, resellers and customers.
  • Develop sales plan to provide market overview and sales/marketing strategy for achieving sales target.
  • Recruit and manage the channel partners.
  • Implement channel enablement programs in territory.
  • Participate in Partner Sales presentations.
  • Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
  • Coordinate Opportunity Management and Deal Registration with Field Sales Organization.
  • Attend Regional and National industry and channel events and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Must have Enterprise Software, Storage or Virtualization experience.

  • 3-5 years of technology Channel Account Management with a documented track record of consistently exceeding quota.

Field Sales Engineer

The Field Sales Engineer is responsible for partnering with the Regional Sales Manager during sales calls to current and new customers, acting as the technical interface to key IT decision makers within the account. This customer facing position will act as the primary technical point of reference throughout the sales life-cycle inclusive of all pre & post-sales activities.

In addition to supporting field sales activities, the Field Sales Engineer will partner with Sales and Marketing to support corporate initiatives during Trade Shows and Channel Partner Trainings.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide technical insight during the sales cycle that clearly defines the ROI and specific value propositions associated with the Condusiv family of products (Diskeeper, V-locity, Undelete).
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to identify and close new business within the assigned territory.
  • Provide pre and post-sales support to Commercial, Public Sector and/or OEM clients.
  • Represent Condusiv at trade shows and Industry events.
  • Gather customer feedback, competitive market intelligence and trends and disseminate the information to leadership within Sales and Marketing.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Previous success working from a Home Office environment.
  • Over 3 years experience in a Sales Engineering capacity providing Pre and Post-Sales support to a direct and/or OEM sales team.
  • Previous experience working within an Enterprise Software sales environment.
  • Polished sales acumen with the ability to add value to the sales process.
  • Over 3 years technical experience within the Windows environment. Must have a basic knowledge of Windows desktop/server systems and hands-on skills such as: knows current operating systems, system imaging, backups, restores and installation.
  • Practical experience in managing or supporting a Windows network, including experience with servers, workstations, SAN/NAS and network protocols.
  • Sufficient technical depth to communicate with the development team and other internal organizations on behalf of the customer.

Inside Sales

Inside Sales Account Executives establish and maintain outstanding relationships with our customers discuss their needs and work with them to purchase more Condusiv Technologies product licenses for company-wide use. They work to increase the profitable sales in their territories while ensuring customers are satisfied, so they continue to purchase more Condusiv technologies products and services now and in the future.


Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Account Executives report to the Director of their specific territory and are responsible for selling Condusiv Technologies products within their assigned territories to customers, utilizing the Channel. They are responsible for making their assigned sales quotas.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the existing customer base ensuring their complete satisfaction so they continue to purchase more Condusiv products, technologies and services.
  • Work with the support renewal team and the channel to help renew large maintenance contracts that have expired.
  • Establish relationships with and liaise with the Channel Reps within their territories to increase sales.
  • Maintain a good grasp of technical knowledge to be able to converse with IT managers, System Administrators, CTO's and CIO's. Inside Sales Account Executives stay on top of the technology industry through research, reading and continuing education to be able to effectively sell Condusiv Technologies’ products.
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction of their customers.

Inside Sales SLED

The Inside Sales Account Executive for SLED accounts is responsible for closing new high volume sales deals in their assigned territory while getting existing customers to purchase more Condusiv Technologies products for company-wide use. You will work to increase the profitable sales in your territories while ensuring customers are satisfied, so they continue to purchase more Condusiv technologies products, and services now and in the future.


Responsibilities:

Product Management – Virtualization

Be a member of the Product Management team focusing on technical, market, and strategic product management functions. Understand customer market requirements within the performance, server and storage software space and apply this knowledge to marketing products, creating product and market definitions, product lifecycle management as well as sales tools, programs, and product and pricing strategies. This position reports to the Senior Vice President Product Management and Marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for complete product life cycle management for assigned products, solutions or services (product definition, to launch, to end of life).
  • Research and define target markets and appropriate solution sets or revenue generation with assigned products, solutions or services.
  • Research and identify new product categories that can leverage our core technology to develop new market differentiation.
  • Operate as a product management team lead, as required.
  • Promote the product externally with press, customers, and partners.
  • Provide input for competitive analysis at the technical and business level.
  • Develop new pricing models when required.
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for the Senior Account Executives in support of marketing campaigns to promote business development.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Three to five years product management experience: in the enterprise solutions marketplace within storage area networking and server virtualization, with additional experience relating to compute and storage performance products. Detailed knowledge of SAN, NAS, RAID, DAS iSCSI, FC storage, Unified Storage, storage virtualization, I/O request architecture, Windows NTFS as well as storage features like thick/thin provisioning, data de-duplication, snapshot, replication and disaster recovery required. And/or, detailed knowledge of hypervisors and cloud technologies, I/O caching, flash and SSD technology, VMware products, architectures and technologies.
  • Three to five years of product management experience within a storage and/or server virtualization company.
  • Experienced in multi-product family lifecycle management as well as with the launch of new product lines within the enterprise marketplace (especially mid-market).

Product Marketing – Virtualization

Be a member of the Product Marketing team focusing on technical, market, and strategic product management functions. Understand customer market requirements within the performance, server and storage software space and apply this knowledge to marketing products, creating product and market definitions, product lifecycle management as well as sales tools, programs, and product and pricing strategies. This position reports to the Senior Vice President Product Management and Marketing.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the complete product marketing process for assigned products, solutions or services (product launch to end of life).
  • Define target markets and appropriate solution sets for revenue generation with assigned products, solutions or services.
  • Identify new market opportunities that can leverage our products to develop new revenue sources.
  • Operate as a product marketing team lead, as required.
  • Support field sales, direct and indirect in the creation of field marketing tools and programs.
  • Support the Director of Field and Channel Marketing in the creation of channel marketing tool and programs.
  • Actively support Industry and Vertical marketing in the creation of marketing tools and programs.

  • Three to five years of industry or solution marketing experience and or training. Preferable within the healthcare, government, financial services or manufacturing industries is desirable.
  • Experience with the launch of a new product lines within the enterprise marketplace (especially mid-market), as well as a multi-product family lifecycle management.

QA or SDET

We are seeking a QA or SDET to accelerate the rapid development and delivery of our high-quality software products. SDETs work in a team environment to deliver data acceleration technologies for Windows- and Linux-based data center infrastructures.


Responsibilities:
The QA or SDET designs and implements automated test cases to ensure our products meet the specifications, are of high quality, and free from defects. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and executing test plans and scenarios using Microsoft Visual Studio and other in-house utilities that fully exercise all aspect of our software products.

Essential Functions:

  • Acts as the test engineer for products developed via agile development methodology – an active team member, creating and executing test cases that fully test the code within the sprint.
  • Estimated 50-60% of time will be spent coding tests and defining errors and attempting to fix code prior to discussing with Developer.
  • Implements automated test programs for testing new components and regression testing.
  • Deliver automated testing solutions that can easily be integrated into the regression test suites for our products.
  • Operates pro-actively in introducing engineering best practices and automation tools that increase efficiency in the test labs.
  • Reviews User Requirements and authors test plans for manual and automated testing that ensure complete code coverage.
  • Conducts manual and automated testing of products, identifying possible issues and reporting results.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in coding automated tests for software applications.
  • Ability to quickly identify test requirements and write test plans and cases.
  • Four or more years of programming experience in C/C++, C# and/or Java.
  • Three or more years of experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
  • Windows PowerShell experience is highly desirous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Test Manager and coded UI testing a big plus.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a technical leadership capacity. Strong ability to influence others and build consensus using written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate "the big picture" and offer solutions to make it better.
  • Able to design and implement tests that will determine whether the developed system meets its specifications. Experience with testing and/or certification frameworks is highly desirous.
  • Prior experience with agile methodologies will be beneficial.

Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Managers are responsible for selling Condusiv Technologies products within their assigned territories to new customers while working closely with our established channel of solution providers and distributors and achieving their assigned sales quotas. This is a "virtual" position; working from your Home Office.


Essential Functions:

  • Research all large IT sites in the assigned territory and identify the key decision makers responsible for purchase decisions.
  • Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships within the territory to establish awareness of the benefits that can be achieved through the utilization of Condusiv Technologies’ products.
  • Manage the sales life-cycle with the objective of positioning products within the target accounts.
  • Partner with the Major Account Manager (inside sales) on established accounts to ensure their complete satisfaction with the objective of up-selling or expanding product placement and/or services.
  • Travel within the assigned territory and develop relationships with Channel Partners. Liaise with the Channel Reps to source opportunities and increase sales volume.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Condusiv’s products and the competitive landscape to ensure you can converse with IT managers, System Administrators, CTO's and CIO's.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • This "hunter" must possess proven success in building and developing client relationships selling technically-oriented software products from initial contact to the conclusion of the sales process
  • Excellent communication skills, sales techniques and product knowledge to close sales that result in satisfied customers.
  • A track record of success in corporate/enterprise software, virtualization and/or storage sales including experience in building and managing partner interactions as required in channel relationships.
  • Good computer skills with experience tracking sales activities through Salesforce.com.

Software Architect (VMware)

Condusiv Technologies is looking for a Virtualization Software Architect who will be responsible for the design and development of high-performance data I/O acceleration software for storage, networking and other data center systems running in large and complex enterprise environments. Virtualization Software Architects work in a team environment to develop acceleration technologies for use specifically with VMware-based IT Infrastructures.


Responsibilities:
Software Architects are responsible for designing high quality software systems and authoring engineering plans and specifications while working in close cooperation with other members of the development team during each phase of development (concept exploration, analysis, design, development, test and maintenance.) This position may occasionally require travel to customer sites.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, implement and maintain systems, drivers, classes, functions, components and resources for continuous high-speed use in various virtual I/O subsystems.
  • Delegate portions of these designs to other engineers to develop.
  • Directly accomplish development tasks (especially the more critical or challenging ones).
  • Assist other programmers with debugging as needed so that the design is carried through to a successful and high-quality implementation.
  • Oversee and review technical aspects of the project.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge and proficiency with VMware vSphere, vCloud and SAAS technologies in a data center environment.
  • Expert level knowledge of x86 operating systems, advanced networking, storage architectures and related programming experience is desirable. (Higher levels of storage preferred: file systems, file protocols, distributed systems, etc.)
  • Ten or more years’ experience designing, developing and testing software in C, C++ and/or Java with emphasis on modular, scalable code.
  • Assist in technically managing initial storage implementations including proof-of-concepts and pilots. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a technical leadership capacity. Strong ability to influence others and build consensus using written and verbal communication skills. Ability to articulate "the big picture" and offer solutions to make it better.
  • Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of virtualization platform industry directions and trends.
