Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Operates pro-actively in introducing engineering best practices and automation tools that increase efficiency in the test labs.
  • Reviews Product Requirements to provide feedback on quality control issues, then authors/implements test plans for manual and automated testing that ensure complete product coverage.
  • Conducts manual and automated testing of products, identifying possible issues and reporting results.
  • Manages test lab infrastructure (hardware and software).
  • Create test environments on Windows (Both Physical and Virtual (Windows and VMware platforms) for complex Data Center environment testing.
  • Create testing environment for desktop and different server testing (i.e. Domain, SQL, and Exchange) to test in-house and for recreating issues reported by customers in the field.
  • Create, document, and run test plans and test cases on Windows, Linux, and VMWare platforms. Perform both White box and Black box testing.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation test scripts using PowerShell, Perl, VBScript, and C#.
  • Analyze product test results for in-house and external (Marketing) use.
  • Test the software developed using different project management methodologies – Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Organize and run product field testing activities.
  • Perform Code reviews for the product written in C# and C++ and report errors.
  • Automate UI and functional test cases using Quick Test professional.
  • Discover, Identify, and keep track of bugs throughout testing using defect management tools like Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience as Software Test Engineer, or related occupation.
  • Experience with Hyper V, VMware, and Linux.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Perl, and VBScript.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Experience with C# and C++.
  • Experience with Quick Test Professional (QTP).
  • Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Senior SDET)

The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) accelerates the rapid development and delivery of Condusiv’s high-quality software products. Senior SDETs work in a team environment to deliver data acceleration technologies for Windows and Linux-based data center infrastructures. This position is based in Burbank, CA.


Responsibilities:
The Senior SDET designs and implements automated test cases to ensure our products meet the specifications, are of high quality, and free from defects. The Senior SDET is responsible for creating, managing, and executing test plans and scenarios using Microsoft Visual Studio and other in-house utilities that fully exercise all aspect of our software products.

Essential Functions:

  • Acts as the test engineer for products being developed as active team member, creating and executing test cases that fully test the code as it is being developed.
  • Implements automated test programs for testing new components and regression testing.
  • Deliver automated testing solutions that can easily be integrated into the regression test suites for our products.
  • Operates pro-actively in introducing engineering best practices and automation tools that increase efficiency in the test labs.
  • Reviews User Requirements and authors test plans for manual and automated testing that ensure complete code coverage.
  • Conducts manual and automated testing of products, identifying possible issues and reporting results.
  • Manages test lab infrastructure (hardware and software).

Management/Organizational Relationships:

  • Reports to the VP of Engineering.
  • Test team lead – Provide technical direction for Test and QA.

Interaction:
Interacts with other test engineers, product managers, software developers, Technical Support Representatives to coordinate requirements and results in testing of our products.

Regional Sales Manager for US

The Regional Sales Manager sells Condusiv’s software products to IT Professionals looking to improve application and system performance in small to medium sized businesses as well as large enterprises, both by selling to existing customer accounts and acquiring new accounts. In addition to this, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the productivity and development of his/her two inside sales team members and associated channel partners.


Reports to: Sr. Director, WW Sales Ops.

Job Location: This is a field position located within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintains account-based relationships with key decision makers in the IT department within midmarket and large enterprise customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction while developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develops new sales opportunities from initial contacts with inbound leads from marketing as well as through outbound cold-calling and prospecting targeted accounts.
  • Manages the sales life-cycle by guiding new prospects though qualifying steps, product evaluation and achieves revenue targets by bringing in orders.
  • Manages the overall sales pipeline for the region ensuring there are an adequate number of qualified opportunities in the pipeline and that these opportunities are moving through the sales stages in the expected time frame.
  • Recruits and onboards channel partners to increase channel-led revenue in the territory.
  • Develops quarterly territory sales plans in order to expand the customer base and increase revenue and sees to the execution of these plans.
  • Meets revenue targets set for the region by management.
  • Meets quotas for contacts, sales interviews and other KPIs as assigned by management and sees that his or her team members meet theirs.
  • Keeps a complete record of all sales activities in the CRM according to guidelines and best practices established by management.
  • Coaches and develops his/her inside sales team members to make them more successful.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Condusiv’s products and demonstrate the ability to converse with IT managers and CIO's in a compelling fashion by positioning Condusiv solutions to meet their needs..
  • Liaises with sales engineers, support and others as needed to ensure every customer has a positive customer experience with Condusiv software solutions.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of B2B selling experience to IT professionals.
  • Well-versed in modern storage and virtualization technologies.
  • Willingness to travel frequently in a multi-state territory, up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong analytic and management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment and to achieve personal and team quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be coachable and a quick study.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce or similar CRM.

Education:
BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Technology or equivalent.

Inside Sales Representative (Internal)

The Inside Sales Representative assists the Regional Vice President of Sales to sell Condusiv’s software products to IT Professionals looking to improve application and system performance in small to medium sized businesses as well as large enterprises. The Inside Sales Representative supports the Regional Vice President of Sales by selling to existing customer accounts and assists in acquiring new accounts.


Reports to: Regional Vice President.

Job Location: Burbank, California.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops new sales opportunities from initial contacts with inbound leads from marketing as well as through outbound cold-calling and prospecting targeted accounts.
  • Guides new prospects through qualifying steps, product evaluation and achieves revenue targets by bringing in orders.
  • Sources, develops and passes on leads for major sales to the Regional Vice President.
  • Assists the Regional Vice President to work up quotes, do customer satisfaction follow ups, provide sales forecasts and other duties to the end of increasing sales and meeting revenue targets.
  • Meets quotas for contacts, sales interviews and other KPIs as assigned by management.
  • Manages his/her sales pipeline ensuring there are an adequate number of qualified opportunities in the pipeline and that these opportunities are moving through the sales stages in the expected time frame.
  • Works with existing customers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction while uncovering and developing upsell and cross-sell opportunities .
  • Liaises with sales engineers, support and others as needed to ensure any issues get handled to the end of a satisfied customer.
  • Coordinates with other Inside Sales Representatives under the direction of the Regional Vice President of sales to ensure existing customers continue their use of the software while compelling new prospects to try the software and see the value of performance benefits in their IT infrastructure.
  • Works with channel partners to develop leads and to bring in sales.
  • Keeps a complete record of all sales activities in the CRM according to guidelines and best practices established by management.
  • Demonstrates masterful skill in using the marketing and sales talking points to tell Condusiv’s value proposition in a natural and compelling fashion. Continually works to increase sales proficiency through study and practice. Stays abreast of current trends and developments in the IT world in order to have relevant discussions with customers and prospects. Becomes intimately familiar with Condusiv’s products, case-studies, technical requirements, features and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a previous comparable sales position.
  • Conversant with modern storage and virtualization technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment and to achieve quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Must be coachable and a quick study.

Recommended:

  • 3 or more years of B2B selling experience to IT professionals.
