The ideal candidate has a comprehensive understanding of network protocols involved in modern large-scale data-center applications. Architect Software Engineers report to the Director of Engineering and work in a team environment to deliver acceleration technologies for network-intensive data center infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
Software Architects are responsible for designing high quality software systems and authoring engineering plans and specifications while working in close cooperation with other members of the development team during each phase of development (concept exploration, analysis, design, development, test and maintenance.) This position may occasionally require travel to customer sites.
Essential functions:
- Design, implement and maintain systems, drivers, classes, functions, components and resources for continuous high-speed use in various physical and virtual networking subsystems.

Responsibilities:
Field Channel Account Managers (CAM) are responsible for managing the account relationship within their respective sales territories. Field Sales Engineers

The Field Sales Engineers are responsible for sales calls, and technical interface with B2B customers. This position is customer facing and primarily engaged in providing technical support and expertise for the sales process. He or she also provides technical support to PR, marketing and sales though trade show attendance, channel trainings, technical sales aids and product training and testing.
Essential functions:
- Provide the technical "sell" and value proposition in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager Executive during site visits to customer's location.
- Provide Pre/Post Sales technical support to current and future customers within the assigned territory.
- Represent Condusiv at trade shows and events.

Requirements:

Field Account Executives are responsible for selling Condusiv Technologies products within their assigned territories to new customers while working closely with our established channel of solution providers and distributors and achieving their assigned sales quotas.
Essential functions:
- Research all large IT sites in the assigned territory and identify the key decision makers responsible for purchase decisions.
- Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships within the territory to establish awareness of the benefits that can be achieved through the utilization of Condusiv Technologies’ products.

We are seeking SDET/QA Engineers to accelerate the rapid development and delivery of our high-quality software products. Responsibilities:
The SDET/QA Engineer designs and implements automated test cases to ensure our products meet the specifications,

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work in a team environment to design and develop software and technologies for volume license, OEM and consumer use and to translate software specification into a working software system within the resources available (time, money, personnel, hardware, software). This position reports to the Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing high quality, bug-free code in close cooperation and interaction with other member of the development team.
Essential functions:

Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

Develop and direct software system programming and documentation.

Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.

Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.

Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.

Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.

Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:

Able to supervise the work of programmers, technologists and technicians and other engineering and scientific personnel.

Skilled in all aspects of Windows software development and methodologies from analysis through development and release.

Prior experience in designing, developing and testing Windows software in C, C++ and/or C#.

Able to design and implement system testing and debugging.
