Go to the top of this page www.condusiv.com. Place your mouse over PURCHASE (do not click), then use the drop down menu to select the public type that best describes you. From here you will see a tab for Full Editions, Upgrade Edition and Special Bundles. Select the tab that best fits your needs. Then, simply add the products you need to the shopping cart. If you need more information on any product, simply click on the product name for more information about that specific product.

How should I contact if I need help with my online order?

Please note that online ordering is automated and therefore much faster than placing an order by e-mail or phone because you are not limited by our business hours.

What will happen after I place my order?

You will be sent to a webpage with a receipt and download information. You will be sent a receipt by email which also gives you download information. If you mail in your order and pay by check or money order, your product will be delivered immediately via electronic software download upon confirmation of your order.

If you pay by check or money order your product will be sent to you within 24-48 hours after your payment has been received and processed. Once your order has been processed, your software will be delivered via electronic software download in an email and you will be sent an invoice by mail.

A back up copy of your software is also added to your Condusiv Account immediately following the confirmation of your order. If you do not have a Condusiv Account, one is created for you at the time of your purchase using the email address from your purchase. If you already have an account, your software will be added to your existing account based on the email address used during your purchase.

How do I obtain a written quote?

Our volume license sales team would be happy to send you a quote upon request. Volume license discounts are available for companies with as few as 20 PCs or 5 servers. Please fill out our online quote request form to request a written quote.

How do I purchase a CD rather than a software download?

Our software is now available exclusively via electronic software download through the online store. We are no longer selling CDs online. However, we do save a back-up copy of your purchased software for 3 years in your Condusiv Account that we create for you at the time of your purchase. Just go to your Condusiv Account and login to re-download and install your software. You may also create your own back-up CD. The files that should be saved to a CD are Diskeeper2011_ProductName.exe & ProductName.DAL. These files should have been downloaded and saved to a location that you specified.

How do I qualify to order using academic pricing?

To qualify for Condusiv Technologies academic pricing you MUST hold a valid email address at your current educational institution. View supported Educational Institutions[PDF]. If your school is NOT listed, please submit aCustomer Service Request to have your school added to this list. (Note: In the United States all universities with .EDU domains qualify.)

To be considered, please include the following information about your school: Name, website URL, State or Country, Domain Name and your school email address.

Which versions of Diskeeper® performance software are eligible for upgrades?

Diskeeper 2011 supports upgrades from version 2009 and 2010 (two versions back). This program will allow you to upgrade older licenses to Diskeeper 2011, as long as it is for the same edition. These are special upgrade licenses that will allow you to do a clean install on your system as long as you own a previous version of the software.

Which versions of Undelete® real-time data protection are eligible for upgrades?

Undelete 2009 supports upgrades from version 4 and 5 (two versions back).

How do I upgrade my product?

I purchased the wrong product. How do I get the product I need?

If you purchased the wrong product edition, you may be able to upgrade to the edition of the product that you do need. Please check the upgrade section of our website and see if there is an option available to upgrade to the edition you wanted.

How do I know what edition of Diskeeper I have?

Open Diskeeper and look in the upper left corner of the window to view what edition and version you are running. Please refer to the example below:

How do I know if I need HyperFast® solid state drive optimizer?

You only need HyperFast® solid state drive optimizer if your PC or server has a Solid State Drive (SSD). If you do not have an SSD, purchase Diskeeper without HyperFast.

A Solid State Drive (SSD) is a data storage device that uses solid-state memory to store persistent data. An SSD emulates a hard disk drive interface, thus easily replacing it in most applications.

How do I add HyperFast to an existing Diskeeper 2011 product?

If you already have Diskeeper® 2011 performance software and you would like to add a HyperFast Add-on to your specific product edition, you can now do so online. For verification purposes you will need to have the following information from your Condusiv Account ready:

Any Order Number from your Condusiv Account
The Email Address used for your Condusiv Account

Go the purchase page for your public type: Business | Public Sector | Home

Enter the Order Number from your Condusiv Account next to the HyperFast Add-on product you would like to purchase. Click Add to Cart and you will be asked to verify your email address. Based on the information provided, we will check your account to see how many HyperFast Add-on licenses in total for this edition you qualify for and adjust the quantity available for purchase accordingly.

If you have multiple Diskeeper 2011 editions in your account that you would like to buy a HyperFast add-on for, please enter the same Order Number next to each of the product editions you need and we will verify your eligibility for each edition. Does Diskeeper 2011 work on both 32 and 64 bit systems?

Yes, all Diskeeper 2011 Editions are compatible with 32 and 64 bit systems.

What do I do if I get an error during the purchase process?

If you get an error during the purchase process, please empty your shopping cart, close your browser, open a new window and try again. If you have additional questions or need more help please submit a Customer Service Request.

Payment Options

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Compared with all other payment types, paying by credit card or PayPal will ensure the fastest order processing.

Products will be delivered after your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. Upon confirmation, products are delivered immediately via electronic software download.

How do I pay by check or money order?

To ensure that we can deposit your check/money order, please be sure to make the check/money order out to Condusiv Technologies.

It is also important that you enter the exact amount on your check/money order. This will ensure that your order is processed without delay.

If you are going to order by check/money order, please include the following information along with your check/money order:

Your name, email and phone number
Your physical mailing address (used to create your account)
Product name(s), price and quantity

Your software will be delivered via electronic software download after we have received and verified your check/money order. You should receive an email within 48 hours of payment receipt.

How do I pay for my order using PayPal?

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, simply select the "Check out with PayPal" option from the shopping cart and you will automatically be redirected to PayPal's website. You can then log in to PayPal as usual or set up a PayPal account to pay for your order. You will then be redirected back to condusiv.com to review and confirm your order. Please verify that your email address is correct before you confirm your order so your software gets sent to the correct email address.

If you would like to use a different email than you are using for your PayPal account, you can modify the confirmation page by simply selecting Edit, then updating your email address, selecting Save and then confirming your order.
Once your order is confirmed, you will get an online receipt and an email receipt. Both receipts will include your Condusiv Account login information and a link to either download your software now or access your Condusiv Account to download your software.

All software purchased online is delivered via electronic software download.

What currencies do you accept?

Currently we accept US dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Euro, British Pound Sterling and Japanese Yen.

You can still make a purchase online from anywhere in the world using your credit card or PayPal account. Your credit card company may charge you for any additional currency exchange rates incurred.

How do I receive my purchase receipt or invoice?

If you purchased through the online store, you will get an online receipt and then will receive an email receipt. If you need an invoice for your order, please send a Customer Service Request with your order number. An invoice for your order will be issued only after payment is received.

For orders paid by check or money order, an invoice will be mailed to you after your payment is received and processed.

What will I see on my credit/debit card statement for my order?

Any charge from Condusiv Technologies for products purchased will be displayed as "Condusiv Technologies" on your credit card or bank statement.

Why was my payment declined?

Several reasons may have caused the payment for your order to be declined.

Credit card payment: Recommended handlings for possible errors.

Error 12: The credit card was declined; please try using another credit card.
Error 23: Invalid account number; please verify the credit card number.
Error 24: Invalid expiration date; please verify the credit card expiration date.
Error 1011: Please contact us for assistance with your order.
Error 1002: Your shopping cart timed out, please close your browser and try again.

Furthermore, your information may have been entered incorrectly, or there may have been technical problems during the transmission of your data resulting in your order not having been paid. If you need assistance with your online order, please submit a Customer Service Request.

PayPal payment: Due to a lack of feedback from a third party, such as your bank, your payment could not be confirmed.

How can I cancel my order?

Condusiv Technologies stands behind its products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your software purchase, simply request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the software purchase price. Complete the form below to request a refund.

Refund terms: Software Intellectual Property Destruction This AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Condusiv Technologies, Inc., a California Corporation (hereinafter Condusiv Technologies) and ||Customer|| (hereinafter Customer). The Customer agrees that the software was not received, or to take the necessary measures to delete and destroy the intellectual property described above and licensed to Customer for use under the terms of the Software License Agreement for the license or licenses purchased. Condusiv Technologies shall refund the purchase price of the product to the Customer and report the product as "destroyed" or not received once the refund terms have been agreed to by the Customer and Condusiv Technologies has reviewed and accepted the refund request. Customer acknowledges that any continued use of the software product would constitute willful copyright infringement for which customer may be liable for civil damages of up to $100,000.

Condusiv Technologies has taken strong measures to protect the security of your personal information. We take stringent precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. What exactly will I receive if my software is delivered by e-mail?

You should receive an email with a link by which you can download an executable direct to your machine. You may also receive an email with instructions to log into your Condusiv Account. In either case, you will be able to use these links to download and installation file direct to your system.

How can I get a Backup CD?

Maintenance/Upgrade Assurance

How can I renew my maintenance agreement?

We are no longer selling maintenance contracts through the online store so when your contract expires it cannot be renewed. This is not retroactive so all existing maintenance contracts are still in effect. In the place of maintenance, we have recently launched a new program called Upgrade Assurance. See the next question for more information about Upgrade Assurance.

Volume license customer can still purchase and upgrade maintenance contracts. If you have any questions regarding the Condusiv Technologies Volume Licensing Maintenance Program you can also contact a Condusiv Technologies sales representative at 800-829-6468.

What is Upgrade Assurance?

Upgrade Assurance is a program for Condusiv Technologies customers that entitles them to free product updates and upgrades for either 1 or 2 Years, depending upon which plan is selected. Telephone technical support is not part of the Upgrade Assurance program.

Who can purchase Upgrade Assurance?

Diskeeper 2010 and Undelete 2009 customers can purchase Upgrade Assurance. Customers with older editions will first need to upgrade to the latest edition before Upgrade Assurance can be added to these products.

Can Upgrade Assurance be renewed?

Yes. You can renew your Upgrade Assurance in 1 or 2 year increments. You will receive renewal reminder emails prior to your Upgrade Assurance expiration date.

If you need assistance renewing your Upgrade Assurance, please submit a Customer Service Request with the order number of your existing Upgrade Assurance, how many units you would like to renew and how many years (1 or 2) you would like to renew for. Please visit your Condusiv Account to retrieve your order number.

How will I know when my Upgrade Assurance needs to be renewed?

Your Upgrade Assurance expiration date will be listed in your Condusiv Account so you can verify this date and renew your Upgrade Assurance at any time. You will also receive email renewal reminders prior to your Upgrade Assurance expiration date.

If you need assistance renewing your Upgrade Assurance, please submit a customer support request with the order number of your existing Upgrade Assurance, how many units you would like to renew and how many years (1 or 2) you would like to renew for. What happens if my Upgrade Assurance expires?

If your Upgrade Assurance expires, you will not be able to renew your Upgrade Assurance. Once your Upgrade Assurance expires, you will need to purchase an Upgrade to the latest edition of your software in order to again qualify for Upgrade Assurance.

How secure is the order process?

We use an industry standard encryption to secure all of your personal and billing information.

All of the data entered on the protected pages is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. You can tell that SSL is activated if you see a lock to the right of the URL in Internet Explorer and to the left in Google Chrome. In Mozilla Firefox, if you hover over “condusiv.com” to the left of the URL the security verification will show. You can also tell that the page is protected if the URL displayed in the address bar begins with "https:".
