Legacy Account Download Steps

Note: The legacy portal accounts associated with Diskeeper®, V-locity®, SSDkeeper®, and Undelete® perpetual licenses have been retired. If you haven’t saved your products and licenses and require assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

If you are having trouble downloading your products, see these helpful steps.

  1. Use Microsoft EDGE to download your software. Other browsers may not work properly.
  2. The legacy accounts with Diskeeper, SSDkeeper and V-locity have been retired. If you need to access your previously purchased software, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
  3. Download the software and click the download link to download the Download Manager, a utility that will download your purchased software.
  4. When the File Download dialog box appears click the “Save” button and save it to your Desktop.
  5. After the download is completed, double click the Download Manager to run it.
  6. Specify your destination folder where you would like to download the software.
  7. Select the “Save” button to start your download.
  8. The download process may seem stalled at 4% but give it some time and it should complete the download.

  3. Log back into your account and re-try the download.
